  • Please note that processing times do not include holidays.

  • Please note that not all items have multiple shipping options available. Where only one option is offered, it will be displayed at checkout.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes (International Orders)

  • For orders shipped outside the United States or Canada, additional customs duties, taxes, or import fees may apply.
  • These charges are not included in the order total and are the responsibility of the customer upon delivery.


Shipping Restrictions

  • We do not ship to PO Boxes or military addresses (APO/FPO).
  • Some items may have specific shipping restrictions due to regional regulations. Any restrictions will be noted on the product page.


Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

  • If your package is delayed, lost, or damaged during transit, please contact us at team@nexgenretro.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date.
  • For damaged items, include photos of the damage along with your order number to help us resolve the issue promptly.


Changes to Shipping Address

  • Double-check your shipping address before completing your purchase. If you need to correct an address after placing an order, contact us as soon as possible at team@nexgenretro.com.
  • We’ll do our best to make changes, but we cannot guarantee adjustments once an order has been processed.
